Barney is interested in determining the genetic similarity between species A, B, and C. She isolates genomic DNA from each species, denatures it, isolates ssDNA, rehybridizes the ssDNA in following mixes, then determines the Tm of each dsDNA hybrid:

A-B: Tm=60 °C

A-C: Tm=68 °C
