Using estimates of rainfall evaporation and water consumptio

Using estimates of rainfall, evaporation, and water consumption, the town engineers developed the following model of the water volume in the reservoir as a function of time

v(r,t)=109+108(1?e?t/100)?rt

where v is the water volume in liters, t the time in days, and r the town’s consumption rate in liters per day.

For this problem write two user-defined functions as follows.

1) The first function should define the function v(r,t). The inputs to the first function are r and t.

2) The second function should call (use) the first function and use fzero to compute how long it would take for the water volume to decrease to x percent of its initial value of 109L. The inputs to the second function are x and r.
