why the above are classfied as thermo plastic and not thermo set.

B) Why silicon is thermo set and not Elastomeror is it Elastomer

A) PE, PP, PS, PVC are the thermoplastics. Because these are deformed easily on heating and can be bent easily. Thermoset plastics are cannot be softened by heating

B) Silicon is thermosset because which do not melt when heated.It is elastomer.
