Whenever an employee is injured by a machine, it is usually because of human error.

Solution

According to my view it is happening in any industry that which industries are containing havy machines. This is causing beacuse of lack of rest fro the employee. When an employe coming to work on a machine he have to concentrate on the work and leve the other matters at work. Antother reason for this accidents happening are employees facing thermal risks, vibration, noise of machines and disorders that are related to muscels. Because at some machines human have enough strength to work on it. At present employees doesn\'t know about new technologies that which are too tough to handle those mchines. In some cases the other things that which may are happen with workers are they don\'t know that the new process of work. Poor design of visual displays of machines.
