once i read all the above qualities, among all those i am having the quality intellectual empathy. i am having the ability of how the opposite person thinks and i can replace myself in his place. i can understand the situation and i can solve or finish the obligaion. it is one of most important characteristic requure to a leader. i mean understanding the opposite person at work and other than work is more important to maintain the relation and which helps us to become a good team.

the two qualities which i need to improve is intellectual autonomy and intellectual confidence in reason.

here autonomy speaks about the abiity to take decisions and face the challanges and obstacles with the decision. the formal organisations may not allows individuals to take own decisions and i have the same problem. for every decision i need to take approval from my boss and prior approval from higher authorities. and i may not ready to face the consequences and problems with the outcomes. to become a leader this is one of the most obstacle to me. and i should improve the skill.

and the second one intellecutal confidence in reason. some times i may not carry the same confidence levels at the work place and i may not carry the whole information. when i lack the proper information, then i loose my confidence levels and it leads to a failure. usually when we do not have complete knowledge and information about a particular concept or work, we looses our confidence levels.

i should improve these two qualities at work place to become a good player. once if we are accumulating all these skills and abilities at the work place we can become the masters at work place even out off work also. as of me, experience makes man\'s perfect, and while we getting experience we can become stronger and wiser.
