Solution

1. All the runner starts simultaneously and accelerate with different Acceleration. Initially Acceleration of B was highest and A has lowest but later on A covers tha gap. And win the race. Winner is A as he reaches earliest.

2. Yes all runner finishes the race as all reach the destination which is at 100 m from origin.

3. In mid way, runner B stops for a while where the graph become parallel to X Axis.
