User Centered Design

Propose a set of sketches for the interface of a phone app that supports travelers while on vacation. It is your choice to decide which functionalities you provide through your interface (and consequently which tasks the user will be able to perform through the interface).

You can sketch ideas on how to improve existing solution or you can create a new (and futuristic :)) solution.

Solution

we will follow the following steps to create the applications:

1.Analysis:The main purpose of application is taken into account and the operating system on which it will run.The operating system can be android and the purpose is to help travellers on vacation to find directions.

2.Design:The application design is created which involves converting the requirements into the design .This involves the purposes whether the user will use the application for microtasking or the user will use only to be entertained.The purpose here is the continous use of the application.

The application involves a link to another application with google maps.The person\'s location will be detected on pressing the application.The person will get his lattitude on the map.He can search a location and goto that location by writing it in destination.The application will help him to find the route easily.

3.Implementation:The application is coded in android programming language so that android users can easily download the application and use it.

4.Test:The application is tested in various isolated places to get the position of google maps and to find routers.The errors are removed and only then it goes functional.

5.Execution:The users can download it from the play store and start using it .If they have problems they can register a complaind .The application will undergro refinement and review to remove the errors and this will help the user.
