Force of natural selection.

Natural selection is a natural force that acts upon by its own while as artificial selection occurs when humans intervene. Natural selection acts upon the entire population and brings about variations or changes in the entire population of an organism while as artificial selection does not have that force to change entire population. Natural selection is  driven by natural processes acting on natural variation in a population. Artificial selection on the other hand is driven by the choices of human breeders selecting among natural variations in a population. Natural selection can act upon any type of organisms ranging from bacteria upto higher animals , but artificial selection is mostly employed on higher animals and plants and is gennerally done to increase crop yield, production etc.
