Define: This article is all about the potential of microbes present in the gut to affect human health. The microbes present in gut has many beneficial properties in digestion of the food. In this article, the clinicians have not only looked at the bacteria present in the gut but also the metabolites like amino acids synthesised by these bacteria.

Analyse: The main idea of this research is to isolate the metabolites synthesised by these gut microbes, to study their effect on the human health. These metabolites are produced by microbes inside the gut of human body, so they may have any effect of the human health. These metabolites can modulate a person\'s immune regulation, central nervous system function and metabolism.

When we take an antibiotic, the antibiotic induced disturbances in the gut microbiota and the metabolites synthesized wth them helps in understanding the effect of antibiotic and its heath benefits.

The scientists has treated the faecal sample from mice with antibiotic for 14 days and then kept them for 9 more days with antibiotic treatment. One group of mice was not given antibiotic and are treated as control. This study proved that many of the bacterial population changes after the antibiotic treatment which ultimately affects the human health.

This news will impact the world we live in as this research will increase the human health by eradicating the harmful bacteria in the gut. The organisms treated with certain antibiotics does not produce the harmful metabolites which ultimately affects the human heath in positive way.

Evaluate: This is a critical issue that needs more research. As the scientist are able to predict the effect of metabolites produced by gut microbes and antibiotic effects onthem in the mice. So, further research is needed on human to study its effects and positive benefits on human health.
