Here we use ANOVA(analysis of variance) - one way test. Ho: there is no significant differences between the job performances among young employees, middleage employees and elderly employees, against H1:there is a significant differences between the job performances among young employees, middleage employees and elderly employees. So we F test . If Fcal<Ftab, we accept Ho otherwise we reject Ho i.e., we accept H1. Here the dependent variable is job which depends on independent variables are young employees, middle age employees and elderly employees.
