Two circuits with identical schematics are being used. A is fabricated in 0.25u technology and B is fabricated in 0.18u technology (i.e. B is a blind shrink of A). Assuming leakages arc negligible in both technologies, which circuit would consume less energy to perform 10 identical add operations and why? Give a qualitative response and describe all assumptions (i.e. frequency, voltage, etc)

B circuit consumes less power as it requires less area it have less power loss and as the area decreases the effects of the all losses decreases ,so with less area uses for the better operation
