The given data is -

So, we can see that the causal factor here is \'Having regular physician\'. And the effect variable is \'Whether the person will try the CLINIC or not\'.

This is because the person having the regular physician is less likely to visit the CLINIC while a person not having the regular physician is need of one, and hence he will visit the CLINIC.

So, the cause is the availability of regular physician and the effect is visiting the CLINIC.

As expected, the data shows that out of 188 person who have regular physician, 130 are not willing to visit the CLINIC and only 58 are ready to try it. So, about 70% of the population having regular physician are satisfied with their regular physician while 30% would like to try the new clinic.

And also out of 212 people who are not having regular physician, 198 are looking to try the new clinic. So, about 93% of them are feeling the necessity of a medical facility and would try the new clinic.

So according to the data, our target segment should be the person who are not having regular physician as a huge part of them is looking out to try a new clinic. The 30% of the population who are ready to try the new clinic even though they have the regular physician can also be included in the target marketing. But main focus should be on the population not having the regular physician.
