Would a circuit shown in Figure P1 damage any of the power sources? Justify your answer based on either KCL or KVL by also taking into account the i-v characteristics of the components.

Actually this circuit doesnot exist pratically because it doesnot has any resistance in between two sources.

here KVL is not satisfied because KVL says that sum of all the voltage drops and emf in a close circuit is zero but here 2 volts is emf but threre is no corresponding voltage drop.So finally KVL fails.

If a resistor is place netween the two sources then the circuit has the meaning .
