Could someone please show me how to do this problem step by step?

The amounts (in millions) grossed by movies in categories with PG, PG 13, and R ratings, we obtain the analyisis of variance results from statistical software below. using a 0.05 significance level, find the test statistic (F) and the critical value of F.

Solution

For Mean sqaures devide sum of squares by corresponding degree of freedom.

For value of F-statitics divide mean sqaure (between groups) by mean square of within groups. Here df of numerator is 2 and denominator is 32. So from F-table for 5% level of significance critical value is 3.2945. Since value fo F-statistics is graeter than critical value so reject null hypothesis.
