Effective leadership is that leadership which produces results. There are many types of leadership styles based on different individual personality. However, the best way is to adopt that type of leadership style which the situation demands for. The efficiency of the team & the overall increase or decrease in the team\'s performance gives out the picture of the leader\'s effectiveness.

For example, If a team member is highly motivated and performance driven then the leaders doesn\'t have to do much about him/her, he just have to provide proper direction to that team member. If a team member is low on performance the leader should try different ways to motivate that member and get the best possible result out of him/her.
