As the student of CPA, it is expected to have basic knowledge of usefulness of IFRS, need of IFRS, major changes in IFRS wrt GAAP, what are the various FASB engagements on reconcilliation of IFRS wrt GAAP are under considerations, timelines of adoption of IFRS and implications of IFRS among others.

However, as qualified CPA, it is expected to have working and theoritical knowledge of IFRS.
