According to Newtons third law of motion every action has an equal and opposite reaction. So since the vertical ground reaction force when she lands is 1780N same amount of force is exerted by her center of mass.

And according to Newtons second law of motion

F = ma

1780 = 57.4 *a

a= 1780/57.4

a = 31.1 m/s2
