(b) P(xbar> 498) = P((xbar-mean)/(s/vn) >(498-490 )/(20/4))
=P(Z>1.6) =0.0548 (from standard normal table)
(c) P(x_bar< k) = .025
--> P(Z<(k-490 )/(20/4) ) = 0.025
--> (k-490 )/(20/4) =-1.96 (from standard normal table)
--> k = 490-1.96*(20/4)
=480.2
