Explanation :As a Manager/CEO of a hospital,i would convince the board to proceed hiring of 3 physicians as employees as it would help to treat people that is the care what we show on treating patients.At first i will hire an gynaecologist,as technology getting advanced it is backing woman with more pressures,and day to day there is no control over pollution,due to this reason food we intake is also getting poisoned,this all is leading various harmonal imbalancing in body,cases on harmonal imbalance and lack of fertility over increasing in todays life.So will appoint an gynaecologist to treat various problems of our today woman facing.Second physician would be anesthesiologist as his role is very much important in each and every surgery.Thirdly will hire an paediatrician as complete care can be provided to both mother and baby.As babies and children are easily prone to various diseases.Legal parameters to consider are, How are the clinical protocols implemented? What is the procedure when you have to deviate from the protocol in a situation? Referrals or tests or procedures that may create conflict of interest with respect to providing best care for patient. This means that the physician is guaranteed to get 10,000 USD excluding all the practice expenses. If the physician only makes $7,000 in a given month, the hospital will make up the difference. At the end of the guarantee period, which usually runs one to two years, the physician may have made more in his or her practice than the hospital guaranteed. The physician can, of course, keep this additional amount, and it is desired that he or she will make more than the guarantee. If not, the physician owes the hospital the difference.
