OK the errors is at : (sqrt(4x +1))^2 = [ 3+ sqrt(x-2) ]^2

4x +1 = 9 + (x-2) + 2*3sqrt(x-2)

4x +1 = 9 +x-2 +6sqrt(x-2)

3x -6 = 6sqrt(x-2)

divide both sides by 3

(x-2) = 2sqrt(x-2)

square both sides:

(x-2)^2 = 4(x-2)

x^2 +4 -4x = 4x -8

x^2 -8x +12 =0

x^2 -6x -2x +12 =0

x(x -6) -2(x-2)=0

(x-2)(x-6) =0

x = 2 , x = 6
