Show that the wave function of a j 1 state formed from two
Show that the wave function of a j = 1 state formed from two (spin-less) particles in orbital P states is antisymmetric in the coordinates of the two particles.
Solution
Since the particles are spin-less i.e. spin-0 particles. The particles can not have other spin values (since 0 = -0).
If their spin states are same then it their space-wavefunctions which must be antisymmetric so that the pauli exclusion principle can hold.
