As the contractor must have recieved the previous quotation for the work,since the changes has to be performed in the previous,it shall be done by taking care the needs of the private owner. Now,the changes can be made by comparing the present need and the previous requirements of the project. The changes in prices can be evaluated by estimating the price of the new requirements(which is estimated according the market price of various products).
