No. You can not test the concrete sample in same day of taking out samples from the curing water.

You have to do surface dry of concrete sample for 24 hour air dry. Strength may change of concrete sample for air dry and wetted sample. Stregth of air dry concrete sample will be more than wet concrete sample.
