I need help creating a flow chart for my unknown bacteria which was (P aeroginosa) Create a flow chart of biochemical tests with the following bacteria to get P aeroginosa as your final result. The other bacterias are: S sonnei S Typhi K pneumonia P aeroginosa (my unknown)

Identification of P. aeruginosa:

Laboratory identification:

Gram stain: Gram negative

Motility: Motile

Oxidase: Positive

Catalase: Positive

So, it belongs to non- eneterobacteriaceae species such as Vibrio and Pseudomonas species.

MacConkey’s agar: Non-lactose fermenting

Growth on nutrient agar: Produces non-fluorescent bluish green colonies due to the presence of characteristic toxin released by P. aeruginosa, “PYOCYANIN.” Vibrio do not produce this pigment.

Causes beta hemolysis on blood agar media. The colonies best grow at 42⁰C and produces sweet odour.
