9. As we know gap analysis is a process cum technique through which an organisation figures out the steps/measures need to be taken so as to reach a desired state from the existing current state. Hence, \"Problem\" is at the center point of the gap analysis. In order words where the problems are occuring? why they are occuring? and how bad they are? needs to be answered. once a problem is figured out one can work towards filling the gap by rectifying the persisting problems.
