If we start there are different paths as follows:

1) A C F H -- Time taken = 1.52+7.02+4.36+3.25 = 16.15

2) A C E G H--Time taken = 1.52+7.02+1.28+6.24+3.25 = 19.31

3) B D G H --Time taken = 2.36+3.69+6.24+3.25=15.54

Earliest time for completion of project = 15.54

Maximum time for completion of full project = 19.31

b) Earliest time for activity G = Earliest of( ACE , BD)

= BD = 6.05

c) The latest finish time for activity C = 1.52+7.02

= 8.54
