relations are emotional and psychological factors. and plays a vital role in everywhere. now all the firms are focusing on relationship marketing only. because they all know that one existing customer is equals to 10 prosepective customers. if we are success at fulfilling the needs of existing customers fully, they will make others to turn as customers to us.
in straight way i am saying the goal of relationship marketing is to sell our product. we following good realations with all the customers, and at last if we failed to sell our product in market then what is the use.
so, what ever the strategies or plans followed by any firm, their only intention is to sell their product or service. for it firms are taking relatioships as base and while maintaining good relations they are able to sell their products in market.
