x+y = 200 -----(1)

5x +6y = 1140 -----(2)

Solve the two equations by eleimnation method

Multiply equation 1 by 5:

5x +5y =1000

5x + 6y = 1140

-y = -140

y = 140 bulbs ( No. of 18 watt bulb

x = 200 -140 = 60 bulbs of 13 watt
