CONSIDER LEFT SIDE LOOP CURRENT AS I1 AND RIGHT SIDE LOOP CURRENT AS I2.

FROM THE CIRCUIT

I2-I1=3<90

I1=I2-3<90

APPLY KVL TO LOOP CURRENTS I1 AND I2.

-18<0+4I1+j1*I2+4I2=0

4I1+I2(4+j1)=18<0

from the above equation i1=i2-3<90

substitute in abve equation

4(i2-3<90)+i2(4+j1)=18<0

i2(8+j1)=18<0+12<90

i2=2.683<26.56 amps

voltage vo=4*i2=4*2.683<26.56=10.732<26.56 volts.
