so 12 Hour growth factor = 1+25.5%=1.255

so 1 hour growth factor=1.225/12=0.102

(b)10 day percenatge change=36%

=>10 day growth factor=1.36

therefore, 1 day growth factor=1.36/10=0.136

(c)8 month percentage change =-17%

=> 8 month decay factor=1-0.17=0.83

therfore, 1 month decay factor=0.83/8=0.1037

(d)4 minute percenatge change= -15.5%

=> 4 minute decay factor =1-0.155=0.845

therefore, 1 minute decay factor= 0.845/4=0.2112
