Amazon made easiest, most convenient way of conducting business over the internet for business professionals and individuals. Conducting business over the internet is simply visiting specific websites, also referred to as surfing the web, for online shopping or business related matters. Amazon created a culture for partcipating users by giving id and passwords to everyone to create user interaction with the site and getting user taste and what they like about shopping and getting their attention.
