Amazon made easiest, most convenient way of conducting business over the internet for business professionals and individuals. Conducting business over the internet is simply visiting specific websites, also referred to as surfing the web, for online shopping or business related matters. Amazon created a culture for partcipating users by giving id and passwords to everyone to create user interaction with the site and getting user taste and what they like about shopping and getting their attention. Users can browse the content of others in their feed. Users can then save individual pins to one of their own boards using the \"Pin It\" button, with Pinboards typically organized by a central topic or theme. Users can personalize their experience with Pinterest by pinning items, creating boards, and interacting with other members. The end result is that the \"pin feed\" of each user displays unique, personalized results.

In building web application, there are several things to consider. First is that it must be able to run on most web browsers. Different mobile browsers have different performance capabilities that could affect the output of a web application. It advisable to have some knowledge as to what browser can support the functionality that your web application’s needs. Another thing to consider is accessibility. It should be convenient to access through any browser platform and it should have the capability to maintain web applications without distributing and installing software on many different client computers . The following rich user experience phenomena emerged in the study: drag-and-drop and some other rich features are very useful, and there are great differences between rich text editors.
