a. After implementing some change in an organization, information needs to be collected about the intended change in behavior of the employees and organizational procedures. The evaluation needs to be done in both the during-implementation process about how the changes are being employed in the organization, as well as after-implementation process required to understand the impact of implementation. Both the evaluation provides feedback to the management regarding the interventions in the organizational development process.

The evaluation that provides appropriate information regarding the implementation process is known as implementation feedback. Contrary to this, the assessment required to determine the interventions in the process is known as evaluation feedback.
