For DC supply capacitor act as open circuit and inductor act as short circuit.

So current will flow from 20 volts to 6 ohms to 4 omhs then finally return to 20 volts

Total resistance R = 6+4 = 10 ohm

current i = V/R

=20/10

= 2 Amperes

Therefore current i = 2 A
