Notice the points....
The original had points (-1,-1) , (0,-2) and (1,0)

These points are now (-3,-1) , (0,-2) and (3,0)

So, clearly all x-values have been multiplied by 3

So, the horizontal expansion factor is 1/3

Thus, we have g(x) = f(1/3 * x)
