Answer 2. Factors are:-

a. Public Figures - beacause people tend to be influenced by known person whom they follow or who are known for their good deeds.

b. Person known from work - because sometimes people at work lead the team in such a way that impress not only the team but the whole organization.

c. Family member : sometimes you are driven by the character or composure of a family member to whom you look up to and from whom you learn stuff.

d. Personal Acquaintances :- Same as above.

Answer 4. The leader I choose is Bhagat Singh, an Indian Freedom Fighter. I choose him because he has the courage and ability to plan further. He faced East India Company with no fear because he knew that what he is fighting for is right. I appreciate the courage he had and the love for the mother nation is something that inspires everyone who reads about him.
