692.82 = F2 * sin(theta )

a) for F2 having max value sin(theta ) tending to 0 ( zero ) so theta will be tending to zero

F2 = infinite ( tending to )

theta tending to 0

resultant force = infinite ( tending to )

b) for F2 having minimum value sin ( theta ) will have to be max & that is equal to 1

so

theta = 90

F2 = 692.82

resultant force = 400

c) for this F2 must be diameterically opposite to F1 & must have equal mag , so

F2 = 800 N

theta = 120

resultant force = 0
