I am taking the example of a firm called \"Sumitomo Mitsui Bank\" in the banking sector. I worked in the firm as an analyst in their accounting and treasury department. The bank was a Japense bank dealing mostly with Japense clients and very less non-Japenese clients. The bank was present only in the corporate banking segment. The bank was very orthodox and conservative in its working style. It was less reluctant to pursue non-Japenese clients for business growth.
