Surgeon:
1. Leader of the surgical team and procedure.
2. Responsible for making preop diagnosis,performing the operation,and managing patient\'s postoperation care.

Surgeon\'s Assistant:
1.Aids in performing the following operation i.e,Holds retractors,suctions wounds,keeps cornea moist,assists with wound closure.
2.He/She Should be another physician.
3.They should be Capable of performing the procedure if surgeon becomes incapacitated.

Anesthesiologist:
1.Should have Special training in administering anesthetic agents to patient.
2.Receive training through residency program after graduating medical school.
3.Supervise all nurse anesthetists,assist during cardiac and respiratory arrests,and normally oversee patient care in the recovery room.

Nurse Anesthetist:Registered nurses with special training to administer anesthesia.they should have
1.Attended a minimum two-year nurse program
2.Pass the certification examination offered by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
3.Recertified every 2 years.
4.Work under the supervision of an anesthesiologist.

Operating Room Nurses:Registered nurses
1.Receive special postgraduate training in surgical patient care.
2.Qualified to perform all sterile and non-sterile duties required in the operating room.
3.May perform as scrub nurse or circulator.
4.Most senior OR nurse is the Operating room supervisor who performs the following duties:

Surgican Technicians:
these involves many different specialties like Assist the surgeon and May assist the circulating nurse, process instruments and supplies,perform housekeeping duties,and work in or with central sterile supply.
