for this discussions, i choosen the firm DELOITTE. i was worked for it in the times of 2007 to 2010. there the organisation given a facility to us that to celebrate traditional day for each community, without having any troubles and problems. even there is no need to take prior approval for it. we think it was a rich tradition and well diversified strategy.

the main intention behind this activity is that, to treat all the employees at the same way and there will not be any discrimitations based on culture, color, community or religion. in our organisation, around 8000 employees were there and who belongs to different regions. some of they belongs to US and Australia also. we used to sit together and share everything. it was not only restricted for work related issues, even the personal, communal and religious issues also.

we never discriminate people based on their gender, color, community or even religion. we thinks that all we are human and having same rights and obligations towards each other. and for those 3 years i was enjoyed alot with the people and with the activities. still it is implementing the same practice and employees are enjoying the facilities.

ofcourse there wont be any articles related to this in any web pages or even in company portal. it was my own experience with Deloitte and a rich experiance.
