The first law of Photodynamics states, “For performing a photochemical reaction, a molecule must absorb photon for exiting an electron to move its higher energy orbital.”

Radiance is use to measure flux density per unit solid angle. It has unit of [watts/ (meter2 steradians)]. Radiance is telling like how much radiance is emerging from a source. Irradiance tells about how much radiance is striking to a surface. It has unit of luminous/m2 which also called as lux. Fluence is use to measure radiance from all possible directions; for this an object can also in moving phase. Therefore, fluence can measure radiance from any type of surface even in small volumes. Joule is a unit of measuring energy and account for moving an object 1 meter for applying one Newton force.

Pulse rate measures the battery dying condition. It tells about the maximum limit of charging a battery and over that limit fails the battery. Continuous current is the standard measure to charge the battery under an amp limits.
