Solution

Australian lamb shank with gremolata and saffron risotto turned into the dish of the day for me. perfectly cooked shank with outstanding risotto; a complete meal in itself which you may pair with my preferred negroni. The bird balls cooked in tomato sauce ( selfmade ) turned into some other best dish. Chef Roberto has put in his attempt to make this vicinity taking place! His easy but rustic cooking and usage of nearby ingredients and neighborhood produce is commendable.
