Solution

1.I will went to the design of modular(Cube like structure).which can easily fabricated by using prefabricated materials.The materials used is very cheap and can be modified for our requirement and tastes.At low cost design modular design is more economical than luxorious and lavish houses.

2.Envelope syste:The barries between inner and outer environment.It should control extreme wheather conditions.It should control the air,water,water vapor and temperature changes.The structure should resist the load of the roof and structural loads(both static and dynamic).If we are require little aesthetic features it must provide sufficient features.

3.Metal roofing system are becoming more common now.As the low maintanance and low costs they are the mosst reliable.Good resistance to fire and wind.Very durable.Ecofriendly as they can be recycled.

4.Beam and coloun structre.Becase of higher load carrying capacity of beam and coloumns.Because of they made with metal they last long when we maintain them with always corrison.They are easily build.And they can be easily assembled(because it is combination of members).And recyled.Eco friendly in most of the cases.

5.Heating and cooling for required human comfort i use heat pumps and airconditioner.Before that We must insulate the structures and roof because of they made from steel they conduct more heat.

6.I will provide lifejackets when there is floods.Effective communication devices.Emergency food.Dampers which reduce the effect of earthquakes.

7.My house will have basement.Basement will occupy the 10 to 17 percent of the total building cost.For this area there is a moderate to deep soil.So i Can have foundation depth of 2 to 2.2ft.
