Thanks for the help just need to get this hw done. i understood mechanical physica but this elcrto stuff confuses me i am trying to do it just dont know if its right.

V_C=V_max[1-e^-t/T]

V_C=10[1-e^-5/1]

Voltage across resistor

V_R =V-V_C =10-0.93262

V_R=0.06734 Volts

Current through resistor after 5 seconds is

I=V_R/R =0.06734/10*10³

I=6.734*10^-6A

c)

After switch A is opened and switch B is closed .Time Constant is

T=RC=50*10³*100*10^-6

T=5 sec

Discharging through capacitor as a function of time is given by

V_C=V_maxe^-t/T

V_C=10e^-2/5

V_C=6.703 Volts
