no because in a converging diverging nozzle area ratio of 10 so we cannot decide a flow of mach number because the area at initial stage get varied from input to throat and from throat to exit since the nozzle is 4 inches long and diameter about that of a cigar so we have to use any one type of nozzle that is it may be either convergent or divergent then only the flow makes possible beacause in case of convergent nozzle the cross area gets decreased from inlet to throat and in case of divergent nozzle the cross section area increases from inlet to throat.
