Formulate and solve the following problem as a mathematical program. You may solve the problem using MS Excel or LINGO. Submit your formulation and your solution via Kodiak before 5pm on 11/22/16. Be sure to submit all input and output files as necessary for me to evaluate your work. Your work should be neatly presented (not handwritten) and your solution should be clearly stated. We need to produce at least 17000 units per month of our product. We have 9 different production methods we can use for our product.
