a)

the circuit module perform the counting Operation from 0 to 32768, its nothing but performing 15 bit counter.

Cout is indiating the counter reaches the half value of Counter Max.

b)

WHERE Log₂(32768)=15

cout is toggle half range of 15 bits.

so the frequency of cout=2^15-1=2¹⁴=16384Hz or16.384Khz

c)Even the frequency of crystal will chnage the counter will perform 15 bit counter only

so there is no change in cout, that is the frequency of cout is 16.384Khz
