which type of process would deliver the best performance? Isobaric, Isochoric, Isothermal, Adiabatic or Isentropic?

By performance, I guess you mean work delivered for the given heat input.

The 1st law of thermodynamics gives

dQ = dU + dW

Among all the processes, for isothermal process change in internal energy is zero. So it would perform better( converts all heat to work)

Still it is not used in actual engines because it is dead slow.
