Oil Flow Rate Q = Cv*((P1-P2)Sg)1/2
Here We have density so we can get specific grevity by deviding it by density of water. Sg = 870/1000 = 0.870 and pressure drop across the valve is 15 psig.
Hence Q = 0.58*(15/0.870)1/2 = 2.40 GPM
