Oil Flow Rate Q = C_v*((P₁-P₂₎S_g)^1/2

Here We have density so we can get specific grevity by deviding it by density of water. S_g = 870/1000 = 0.870 and pressure drop across the valve is 15 psig.

Hence Q = 0.58*(15/0.870)^1/2 = 2.40 GPM
