Power output from windturbine using the formulae is

Pout = 0.5 * (Swept Area) * Air Density * (Velocity)3 * eff

Pout = 0.5 * (pi*D2/4) * 1.225 * (103) * 0.4

D2 = (4*1*106 ) / (0.5 * pi * 1.225 * 1000 * 0.4)

     D = 72.08 m

Diameter of wind turbine is D = 72.08 m
