What would be the range of fx 1 lnx2 Because when you plug
What would be the range of f(x)= 1 - ln(x-2)? Because when you plug in 2 for x, knowing that the very top point lies at an x value of 2, you get the ln(0) which is impossible. Any help?
Solution
Solution: -Given f(x) = 1- ln(x-2)
The range of the function is all real numbers
Range: R (all real numbers)
f(2) = 1- ln( 2 -2) = 1 - ln 0 = 1-inf = -inf
